About Hope

Hope is an online case management system that’s lightweight and fully managed. Hope makes it easy for advisors to create and manage clients, client cases, and the issues that make up the cases. Client work can span multiple individual cases, each with their own files and outcomes all running in parallel.

Hope's target audience, UK non-profit advisory organizations, benefit from using Hope by having the ability to generate reports filtered by UK's districts and wards. This enables management to produce detailed statistics of people being helped and services delivered in areas of concern to the funders.

Hope takes security seriously, not only is all data encrypted whilst in transit between the users browser and Omtio’s web farms, all data is securely stored inside each client's dedicated Microsoft SQL Database using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), which means all data is stored encrypted at rest, including the managed backups of that data.

Penelope is a user-friendly, cloud-based case management software solution designed specifically for human services organizations that offers access to centralized real-time data and client information, while providing scalability, availability, and durability.

In addition, this core system is supported by our growing suite of client engagement options that includes Add.Me, a configurable web form that allows your clients to securely add themselves directly into Penelope, and Add.Me Import, which provides agencies with the capability to bulk upload new clients into Penelope from a CSV file. We also recently released a product for Penelope called ClientConnect, a mobile customer portal that gives your clients the ability to update their profile information, view and book appointments, complete documentation or tasks, and more.
