HipPro and HipPro+ offer unlimited user licenses, allowing you to have all users and maintenance team members on one account with different login credentials. The difference between these packages are the mix of features and dashboards that you receive with each.

    HipPro+ is our gold tier package which gives users access to all three dashboards and all basic and advanced features that Hippo has. HipPro+ starts at $170/ month.

    HipPro is similar to HipPro+ but does not give users access to the interactive floor plan dashboard and a couple advanced features. HipPro starts at $120/month. Hippo Lite is a simple single user package giving the user the same feature and dashboard access as HipPro does.

    Hippo Lite is priced at $40/month for a single user.

    Our pricing structure is based on a per facility model. The starting at prices indicate one facility, as you add additional facilities, the nominial price per facility decreases.

    Example: HipPro with one facility is $120/month, HipPro with two facilities is $180/month, and HipPro with three facilities is $240/month. In addition to license fees we offer non mandatory professional services starting at $150/hour for partial setup services.
