  • InfinCE being an online web application simply runs best on Chrome browser irrespective of the platform. InfinCE has been tested on Windows, Linux and Mac environment and has got both Android and iOS apps. iOS app works well in iOS 10 and above.

  • InfinCE can be used to serve all the technology needs of a small business - Website, Email, Chat, Online Meetings, Document Management, Mobile App to monitor the business on the go, Powerful Custom Dashboards (on Web & Mobile) that can provide a crisp summary of the business, and integrated business apps for various needs like Marketing, CRM, Forums, Ticketing etc. InfinCE also provides domain and mail servers. The best part is that, with SSO enabled within InfinCE, you only need one login to remember to access all applications!!

  • InfinCE is integrated into external apps via APIs. However. InfinCE does not by default provide public APIs for external plugins.

  • As an enterprise application, InfinCE is for all employees of the organization. Access rights can be set at 4 levels - Administrators, Dept Admins, Team Admins, and Regular Users. Apart from this, we can control application specific roles for each user.

  • InfinCE platform includes its own communication, collaboration, and document management tools. Apart from that, it also comes pre-integrated with apps for various business functions. Eg: Mautic for Marketing, Open Project for Project Management, suiteCRM for CRM, Wordpress for Websites etc. We also provide custom integration for client specific applications.
