Microsoft Office
Users need not convert files when uploading to Convene, supporting Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ) and TXT, as well as PDF, JPG, PNG, other high resolution images and large formats like A1.

Document Repository
Convene integrates with Microsoft SharePoint’s on-premise or Office 365 edition and allows users to linking to services such as Box, to allow seamless use of documents.

AD/LDAP Integration
Convene integrates with Active Directory and LDAP to allow users to login to the app and web portal using their existing corporate/organization accounts. This means users no need to remember yet another username and password to be able to log in to Convene. It also adds another layer of security, since only authorized users with existing valid credentials can log in.

MS Exchange
Convene integrates with MS Exchange for easier setup of meetings and alignment of schedules. Meeting invitations are published to organizers’ and participants’ calendars on the client’s enterprise MS Exchange server.

About WebEx

WebEx is a web conferencing platform that combines file sharing with video and audio conferencing via a web browser. Users can in a very short time establish web conferencing sessions or performance product launches and educational sessions.

The software is compatible with all frequently used media file types, as well as with demonstration platforms such as PowerPoint. WebEx also enables meeting recording, scheduling, follow-up messaging, screen capturing, and file sharing. One of the features that stands out is the breakout room creation, which means that one large meeting can be divided into several private meetings.

WebEx Meeting Center's interface is modern-looking, compared to competitors' services. It has the ability to set up meetings directly from the home page and now also possible to have up to seven video feeds simultaneously.
