About WebEx

WebEx is a web conferencing platform that combines file sharing with video and audio conferencing via a web browser. Users can in a very short time establish web conferencing sessions or performance product launches and educational sessions.

The software is compatible with all frequently used media file types, as well as with demonstration platforms such as PowerPoint. WebEx also enables meeting recording, scheduling, follow-up messaging, screen capturing, and file sharing. One of the features that stands out is the breakout room creation, which means that one large meeting can be divided into several private meetings.

WebEx Meeting Center's interface is modern-looking, compared to competitors' services. It has the ability to set up meetings directly from the home page and now also possible to have up to seven video feeds simultaneously.

About Pruffme

Pruffme is a webinar platform that provides you and your business with such tools as video and audio conferencing, real-time webinars, automated webinars, online whiteboards, courses, tests and polls. Webinars and video conferencing are available directly from the browser of your device (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox etc.), no need to download any app. Users are able to collaborate with their colleagues and students from anywhere in the world using video conferences for up to 30 presenters.

The recording of the event can be downloaded or shared 5-10 minutes after the event ends. Select the necessary recording format or simply use our automatic default format.

An automated webinar then can be created from the event recording, or it can be created from scratch in the editor. Event holders can add chat messages, upload new files, adjust timing, set up a schedule.

Built-in breakout rooms enable event holders to divide participants into groups, where they can get to know each other and work on the team tasks in small groups. Participants can be divided randomly or by your own preference. Event moderators and presenters are able to switch between rooms to check on the participants
