  • Buddy punch lockout
    The buddy punch lockout, also called "Anti Time Theft" prevents an employee to clock (punch) for others, by usually assigning a personal PIN code to each employee, so at clocking time, they will be requested to type their own code.

  • Overtime
    Te overtime working hours feature will help the employer to calculate a proper payroll payment to each employee by separating the regular hours from the extra or overtime hours which need to be remunerated in a different way. The reports will reflect this information to make it easy for the employer to run a correct payroll.

  • Geolocation
    Since the time clock works in the cloud, and assuming an employer authorized clock use from any device, included mobiles and laptops, the employee, will be able to punch in away from the office and this is where the geoposition feature can be handy. The employer will be able to see from which geographic locations the employee has clocked in or out.
    The real location of an employee’s clocking In and Out will be automatically sent to him.

  • Notes
    This feature allows the employee to provide a short job description when they are clocking out. This feature enables employees when clocking out to write down the job description with ease.
    These notes will be displayed on the employees working reports.

  • Export Reports
    Emplotime makes it easy for reports to be exported to all major document formats such as PDF, Word and Excel.

  • Auto Break Deduction Feature
    After working for some hours, employees need break. Emplotime will automatically deduct break after an employee have worked for a given amount of time.

  • Rounding Time
    The rounding to nearest attendance feature, allows the administrator to obtain reports with rounded transactions and totals, to the nearest minute selected; it will be 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
    After selecting this feature, all reports will be printed out with the selected rounding.

  • Manage PTO/UTO
    Emplotime allows managers to manage paid or unpaid time off such as sick days, vacations, etc.
