The advanced search engine allows users to search for contract data, and select visual filters to narrow down their search. Contract due dates can be set and automated email reminders sent to team members to ensure that key dates are not missed.

ContractZen also offers meeting management capabilities, allowing users to organize, e-sign and manage executive and board meetings. Meeting invites can be sent out automatically, and attendees can also be reminded of upcoming meetings. Inbuilt Datarooms (VDR) enable the secure sharing of all materials in financial and tax audits, due diligence processes and joint venture situations. With the built-in Company Register, users can manage corporate structures, ownership, board members, auditors, related contact information, and more.
