Software Description:

Cloudingo is a SaaS tool developed especially for Salesforce. It connects to the platform and scans the entire database for duplicate records. Data can be eliminated or merged, without losing essential information.

The regular duplicate scan is based on predefined rules and specific custom filters. Filters can be set to recognize synonyms, fuzzy matching, or only exact counterpart. The final result is improved data quality and conversion of leads into contacts and accounts.

Once the original data are scanned, users get a brief report on how many duplicates were found. Now they can activate one of the custom filters to see a summary of each group and begin merging. It is possible to merge over 100 rows at a time. Cloudingo allows mass import of data and deduplicating imported files in bulk.

Software Description:

Contactually relieves users from the usual wasted time that comes from the preparation and execution of routine communication tasks.

It is able to import contacts from an existing account and allows users create categories for their contacts, merge accounts, use templates, or even automate actions such as follow-up emails. Members of a team can share contacts and take on specific roles while remaining well coordinated.

The benefits of using Contactually are made evident in the time saved and through more efficient communication.

Software Description:

Customer relations in one integrated suite. All customer interactions, from calls, emails, social media, and live chat can be tracked, managed, and evaluated. Tasks and dates can be prioritized, follow-ups can be scheduled, and team selling supported, using the CRM.

SAP CRM is a customer relationship and engagement platform built to enhance users' engagement capabilities and enable them to provide smooth and personalized customer experiences at every opportunity and across multiple channels.
