Cloudingo is a SaaS tool developed especially for Salesforce. It connects to the platform and scans the entire database for duplicate records. Data can be eliminated or merged, without losing essential information.

The regular duplicate scan is based on predefined rules and specific custom filters. Filters can be set to recognize synonyms, fuzzy matching, or only exact counterpart. The final result is improved data quality and conversion of leads into contacts and accounts.

Once the original data are scanned, users get a brief report on how many duplicates were found. Now they can activate one of the custom filters to see a summary of each group and begin merging. It is possible to merge over 100 rows at a time. Cloudingo allows mass import of data and deduplicating imported files in bulk.
