About ChildcareCRMMore than a decade ago, the founders of ChildcareCRM created the first-ever CRM tool for the early childhood education industry. We currently remain as the only CRM provider within this market. We offer two product tiers, CRM and CRM+, along with a digital forms product called ChildcareFORMS. Recently, we have built an innovative product add-on to ChildcareFORMS called ChildcarePAY – simple, online fee payment that eliminates lengthy manual work. Each of these software platforms enable centers to automate and digitize the sales and marketing process, allowing them to save time so they can focus on what matters most—caring for their enrolled families. We serve organizations ranging from 1-center businesses to multi-site and enterprise operators, some with more than 400 locations. In total, we’re helping approximately 5,000 childcare centers across 5 different countries expand their businesses. Our headquarters is located in Dallas, TX. However, we also have team members working remotely from Brisbane, as roughly 30% of our recurring revenue comes from Australia. As of 2022, we have expanded our reach to the United Kingdom, developing a strong customer base through brand awareness and optimization of the enrollment experience for both staff and parents. We have few competitors and presently operate in a blue ocean market. |
