About BugReplay

Browser screen recording synchronized with network traffic & developer console logs. There are two primary applications: (1) internal testing, and (2) customer support. With BugReplay, you can instantly send your developers and QA teams everything they need to diagnose issues with web applications. No need to frustrate yourself or your customers by asking a ton of questions; BugReplay collects all the data you'll need!

For internal testing teams, it can be used at all stages of development and by anyone in your organization. Our browser extension will record a full resolution screencast of whatever is visible in a specific browser tab. If the user resizes the browser or scrolls, that will be captured in the recording. All network requests and responses are synced with the screencast, so you can pinpoint where the problem occurred. Collect javascript exceptions and console debugging logs that are synced to the screencast. Logs and exceptions contain full stack traces for errors. Displays actual line numbers for minified JavaScript through the use of map files.

For customer support, you can launch the browser recorder in one easy click. We also integrate seamlessly with Zendesk. All your customers or endusers have to do is press record and retrace their steps, and you receive a detailed recording with all the data you need to diagnose and fix the problem. No dev team required- share a link in an email, live chat or anywhere else.
