Boox are a firm of online chartered accountants who provide thousands of businesses with a Limited Company Accounting solution which has an accounting app at the heart of its service.

Clients use the app to create, manage and invoice their customers, claim their expenses, and see how much money to withdraw from their business, whilst also providing a clear indication of their tax obligations.

In the background, clients have the ability to reach out to their dedicated accountant for support and advice on how to manage their business finances. They are also there working in the background to ensure all quarterly and annual tax filing obligations are met.

Software Description:

Tradies can quote and invoice on the go, even accept credit card payments from a device they already carry with them. The 'light' accounting gets done automatically in the background.

If the customer is not in a position to utilise the on-the-spot payment option, Paytradie offers an email series of automatic due/outstanding payment reminders, sent to the customer, with an embedded secure online credit card payment option.
