Bomgar is a remote support platform that helps teams in support and security organizations conduct safe, controlled remote support to almost any device or system, worldwide. It offers premium leading support, privileged access management, and identity management for support professionals.

Privileged access management with Bomgar offers two main benefits: Secure credentials with Privileged Identity and managed sessions with Privileged Access. The Privileged Identity module constantly identifies and traces privileged users on a user's network, giving them unique and regularly changing credentials. On the other side, the Privileged Access tool is intended to protect a company's most valuable assets from cyber attacks by enabling security administrators to regulate, monitor, and manage privileged access.

The ITmanager service includes an optional enterprise server which is installed on a Windows server behind your firewall. The enterprise server can be downloaded on our website. The enterprise server enables monitoring and management of servers behind firewalls without opening any ports in the firewall. Connections to the enterprise server are encrypted for security. The enterprise server supports multiple users.
