BEXEL Manager is a software solution for the management of construction projects that integrates 3D/4D/5D/6D BIM technology in the one single software interface.

BEXEL Manager is capable to identify over 20.000 clashes between model elements in a matter of seconds. BCF Manager allows reviewers to exchange identified issues (viewport, element IDs, issue description) in a file format that designers can directly import into BIM Authoring tool, and promptly resolve the reported issues.

One of the main qualities of BEXEL Manager is using the predefined rules and templates, which enable to automatically create and update specific sets of model elements, perform automatic quality control of element parameters, define reusable clash detection matrices, generate and reuse QTOs based on custom structure or predefined rules, create schedule based on predefined construction methodology and zones, or to generate automatic cost estimation based on custom classification system. Once defined, these rules and templates can be exchanged with other users using BEXEL Manager's built-in exchange system.

BEXEL Manager enables management of project changes along with an automatic update of all analysis conducted within BIM model. With Bexel Manager it is possible automatically to identify the BIM model changes, such as added or changed elements.

The main advantage of this software solution is unique intelligent methodology for integrated 4D/5D processes. Using the predefined construction methodologies and templates, with BEXEL Manager it is possible to generate schedules with exact predefined task relations that are always stored, even when the schedule is exported from the system. Any change within the schedule is automatically propagated, allowing export/import of schedules, where the tasks relations are preserved. Using the custom defined resources, cost data, productivity rates as well as custom classification systems (including Uniformat, Masterformat, DIN276, etc.) it is possible to implement fully integrated 5D process that enables various advanced analysis such as model-based Cost Estimation, Schedule creation and optimization, Construction progress tracking, Schedule impact analyses.

BEXEL Manager platform fully supports BIM implementation during the entire project lifecycle, as an integrated approach that provides the best results. BIM implementation during project operation phase, 6D BIM, is integrated into the BEXEL Manager BIM Platform, allowing project team to create a comprehensive cloud-based database of non-graphical information and documentation of the facility (user manuals, maintenance manuals, technical and photo documentation, guarantees, etc.), linking them to the specific building elements. Further, BEXEL Manager FM allows the creation of facility maintenance plans and cost estimations of the FM processes, receive notifications and monitor the implementation of FM plans.
