Spidergap’s feedback reports and personal development plans are easy to understand and focus on the end goal. They highlight employee performance results clearly and provide lists of top strengths and top areas to improve. Respondents are asked to summarize the performance of other employees, and are included in the feedback reports. Spidergap reports show other staff members' suggestions on how an employee can build on his or her strengths, or how can they improve on their weakest areas. The development plan can be filled out by either the employee him- or herself, or with their line manager, focusing on three to five chosen areas to improve on. Plans should include a clear list of actions that will help the employee work towards improving overall performance.
