Users can create and manage assessments that are easy to understand and simple to use. Questionnaires are completely customizable and can be edited at any time. Spidergap’s online designer lets users drag-and-drop to add questions, add text or edit rating scales. Organizations can even add their own logo and other custom branding.
Spidergap’s feedback reports and personal development plans are easy to understand and focus on the end goal. They highlight employee performance results clearly and provide lists of top strengths and top areas to improve. Respondents are asked to summarize the performance of other employees, and are included in the feedback reports.
