Users can create and manage assessments that are easy to understand and simple to use. Questionnaires are completely customizable and can be edited at any time. Spidergap’s online designer lets users drag-and-drop to add questions, add text or edit rating scales. Organizations can even add their own logo and other custom branding.

Spidergap’s feedback reports and personal development plans are easy to understand and focus on the end goal. They highlight employee performance results clearly and provide lists of top strengths and top areas to improve. The comparison table shows how many employees agreed with the desired improvements in relation to each area.

Respondents are asked to summarize the performance of other employees, and are included in the feedback reports. Spidergap reports show other staff members' suggestions on how an employee can build on his or her strengths, or how can they improve on their weakest areas. The development plan can be filled out by either the employee him- or herself, or with their line manager, focusing on three to five chosen areas to improve on. Plans should include a clear list of actions that will help the employee work towards improving overall performance.
