  • Optional interface with QuickBooks or PeachTree.
  • Optional web browser interfaces for remote access by your field technicians -compatible with all regardless of operating system.
  • Assign contracts to clients and headoffices to automatically provide specific service and travel rates, discounts on parts, and automatically apply pre-paid amounts against from service workorders to maintain an exact balance.
  • Add custom fields, and localize all text labels within AyaNova to reflect your service industry, needs and language.

@Assist was founded in 2009 by a property manager. When starting, Audrey Charles did what all property managers did, managed her tenants on paper. Her office was lined with filing cabinets of endless paper that caused her stress and frustrations. With no solutions available, she created @Assist to virtually assist property managers who struggled with the similar issues. As the client list grew, automation tools were created to make processes easier. @Assist's public debut was in 2015 and full global launch was in June 2016.

@Assist was designed to simplify, organize and prioritize the daily tasks of property management while increasing productivity and efficiency. With Audrey's extensive background and years of experience, we used her knowledge and skills to fabricate features to help make property management less complicated.
