Software Description:

Absence.io is developed to help HR professionals in small and medium-sized enterprises easily handle team leave, employee vacation, attendance, and PTO. The software is cloud-based, supported with Android and iOS native apps for leave requests, approvals, and tracking.

With Absence.io users no longer need to enter data manually, the calendar is visible to both HR staff and all employees, so they can make requests for leave by clicking on certain dates. The system prevents overbooking or leave conflicts, and working schedule configuration can be easily arranged.

Absence.io consists of four modules: Employee Vacation Tracker, Absence Management, Digital Personal Files, and Time Tracking. The whole system is unquestionably secure, with data stored on central servers in Germany. It is user-friendly and easily customizable. Another feature that stands out is an easy integration with leading calendar applications, like Outlook, iCal, or Google Calendar.
