We use BlueJeans as our primary conferencing tool which is critical to us given we are an SME spread across Europe and the US. I have used many conference systems in my time in the biotech industry and BJ is by far the least complicated and most reliable. It is easy to log in, create meeting access info and share screens. Its simplicity is its core strength. Call quality is usually very good even with many users on the same call. Very happy to recommend it to anyone that will listen.
There is very little to dislike with this system and its simplicity is its strength so there is little to annoy the end user. Just occasionally *network issues" sometimes cause a person to be dropped from the call for a while but that is probably more down to our internet speed.
Bluejeans is the communication tool we use several times a day given we are a very decentralised SME. It has to be reliable, which it is. We regularly have people dialling from other companies in who dont use BJ so the log in process needs to be simple which it is and it needs to be logical to use, which it also is....unlike skype for business and MS Teams
