Originally developed for family offices which own multiple businesses, physical assets, and are managing many projects simultaneously, Foguru is a centralized, cloud-based platform which facilitates communication between remote-working teams, managers, and external suppliers/consultants in a regulated and secure fashion.

• Email Summaries: Schedule daily or weekly summaries of the spaces which are of interest or concern to you, so that you are always well-informed, but without being overloaded.
• Secure Private Messaging: Send private, secure instant messages to your colleagues and to external consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Personal Spaces: Manage your team’s personal development with private work-spaces for each member where you can discuss their objectives, training, and (if they like) their non-work affairs.
• Project Teams & Sub-Teams: Foster your collaborative culture through special committees, project teams, sub-teams, geographic teams, or workgroups.
• Task Management: Manage your to-do list and share it with your colleagues, tasking them with assisting you where applicable.
• Meeting Agendas & Minutes: Prepare agendas for meetings, record the minutes, and allocate time-specific SMART tasks to your team.
• Event Manager: Prepare for events on a collaborative wall and invite external suppliers to update and contribute to the planning exercise, by assigning deadlines in the event calendar, assigning tasks to individuals, and sharing information, files, and meeting agendas/minutes with the team.
