Our company has tried multiple document automation platforms, and Gavel is the easiest to use, but still incredibly powerful. We have large document sets automated with complex, nested logic and mathematical calculations, and it was able to handle it all. To top it off, they have a really great support team who is available around the clock.
Nothing right now. Each time that I’ve had a feature request, they’ve added it fairly quickly thereafter. They are constantly updating the software.
