I really like that their real-time analytics reports, charts and predictions are perfectly real-time without any latency. This helped us in tracking what our customers actually do on the site and in what products they are interested in.
ShopIQ’s advanced analytics is sometimes complex and it is very likely that some mistakes can be made. It is difficult to master all its functionalities. It is not a major concern though because the support is readily available.
We were able to analyze the reasons for abandoning cart products.
Graphs and charts make it visually appealing to analyse the performance of each product, campaign, events, and even the customers. We were able to segregate our customer base and get deeper insights into their behaviour on the site and the products orders. This made personalization easy for us.
Few metrics in the analysis dashboard seems a bit unusable. Not sure of the necessity. Can be avoided to improve more visibility to the useful ones.
