The Nifty5s app simplifies the process of 5s audit with a ready checklist for each 'S': sorting, straightening, systematic cleaning, standardizing, sustaining.
Once an audit is completed, users can synchronize it with a cloud database. They can then generate reports and share the results with team members. Also, it helps to enter data directly into a central database. It removes waste associated with pen & paper based audit.
Different user roles like Superadmin and Auditor are available to manage 5s implementation (Superadmin has all rights). The app allows unlimited audits for multiple departments and for multiple clients. To increase productivity, 5s audit templates can be created and reused for future audits.
